Inbound Call ID isn't showing on my mobile app

To enable Inbound call ID shows on your mobile app please follow the following steps:

  1. Open the mobile app

  2. Open the mobile app settings

  3. Select Devyce number settings

  4. Scroll down and ensure "show number ID for inbound calls"
