How to cold transfer

When forwarding a call using a cold transfer, please follow the steps below:

  1. Initiate the cold transfer to the intended recipient.

  2. After selecting the recipient, wait for the purple loading bar/box to complete fully.

  3. Do not end the call or navigate away until the purple loading indicator has reached the end.

  4. Once the loading indicator has completed, the call has been successfully forwarded to the end user and you will be disconnected

Important: If you do not wait for the purple loading indicator to finish, the call may not be transferred correctly and could be disconnected.
