How do I port my numbers to Devyce

When you first join Devyce you may have existing numbers with your current provider you are wishing to port over to Devyce
What you need to know when porting your number:
The time it takes to port your number depends on the type of number and the response times of the carriers involved. Provided that we are have been provided with the correct information, you can expect the following timelines:
UK Mobile Numbers:
Porting usually takes between 1 to 5 working days.

The mobile number you wish to port
If you would like to replace your current Devyce Mobile Number with this number, please let us also know your existing Devyce Number.

Your preferred date for porting to be completed
You can request to port your number to support@xpatfone.com and they can then guide you through the next steps and you can provide the above documents for them.
