What is a PAC?

A PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) is a unique 9 character code (Three letters followed by six numbers) that allows you to transfer a mobile number from one network provider to another.

PAC's are valid for up to 30 days.

How to Obtain a PAC

• Contact your current service provider directly and request it from them

  or

• Text the word 'PAC' to 65075 - Please not this is only applicable for personal mobile numbers.
