My Number isn't showing on my Softphone

Navigate to https://softphone.devyce.io/settings/audio

If no number shows within the "from" box

You need to go to the Devyce Portal, and the section named "Web Users"

https://portal.devyce.io/dashboard/web-users

Click on the Web User and scroll down, you need to ensure that the web user is linked to the mobile app user:

Once you link the Web User with the App User this should rectify the issue.
