Call Whispering/Call Monitoring

Call whispering allows managers the ability to coach their team members, whilst they are in a call.
You can choose to just listen in to calls or you can unmute to whisper tips and hints to an employee at strategic times during the call, whilst the call recipient remains completely unaware of your presence.
Please ensure that you have access to call whispering to use this feature. Ask your organisation admin to grant you access if not 📄 Grant a user access to call whispering.
Go to the Devyce Softphone https://softphone.devyce.io
From here you can click on the Call Whisper icon in the left-hand sidebar or go to https://softphone.devyce.io/callwhisper

On this page any live calls will appear on this page, you can then select the call you would like to whisper on
You can then select the active call you would like to whisper on, to remain in stealth mode you can stay on mute, and then when you want to whisper you can unmute allowing you to give the individual in your organisation feedback and live coaching without the recipient hearing.

You can also Call Monitor - this allows your to listen into calls without notifying the other users, which is great for training users who may be further in their training to support them but not distract them, or for newer users to listen into more experienced users calls for training without being able to accidentally whisper in.
You can do this the same as Call whispering but by clicking the Call Monitoring button instead.
