CRM Sync Status - How to resolve them

Sometimes your call may not sync correctly to your CRM

When this happens, Devyce has created a handy 'sync status' this will help you be able to resolve this quickly and easily.

You can find the contact sync status within your softphone https://softphone.devyce.io/

If you navigate to your conversations, and the call in questions call notes - at the very bottom of the notes and details there will be a drop down for 'CRM sync status'

Here you can click on the drop down and it will specify the sync issue for you, below is a list of current sync status'

Call Synced to {Contact Name} - Means the call synced correctly and properly to the contact stated

Call will be Synced to {Contact Name} - This means the call will be synced to the correct contact listed, but it may be after the contact was added or changed so needs a moment to do so

Call Synced to {Contact Name} Further changes were not synced because the CRM doesn't support it - Some CRM's can't update a call once its already been synced, so this message displays when changes are made to the call after syncing - Syncing to a new contact should not show this as its classed as a new record.

Not Syncing Call as Manual Syncing is required - This is when manual CRM sync is configured only, you can view if this is the case by going to your portal > integrations and then the CRM Manual Sync Toggle

No Contacts Found - This can be changed depending on the contact type: contact, candidate or lead, but you may need to ensure the number is added into your CRM

CRM User Not Found - No CRM user is found that matches the users email address/Phone Number, you may need to check the email addresses/Numbers match in Devyce and your CRM

There was an error syncing this interaction OR similar- This is shown when there is an unexpected error when syncing to the CRM, please let our support team know at support@devyce.com with a screenshot of the error message, and call details such as Date of Call, Time of Call and number called.
