How do I port my numbers to Devyce

When you first join Devyce you may have existing numbers with your current provider you are wishing to port over to Devyce or in rare cases once you're established with Devyce you may have a number you own, you wish to add to your account from another provider.
What you need to know when porting your number:
The time it takes to port your number depends on the type of number and the response times of the carriers involved. Provided that we are have been provided with the correct information, you can expect the following timelines:
UK Mobile Numbers:
Porting usually takes between 1 to 5 working days.UK Geographic and Non-Geographic Numbers:
Porting typically takes between 1 to 10 working days.International Numbers:
Depending on the country, porting can take 1 to 10 working days.
What you need to do so we can port your number:
For Geographical and Non-Geographic Numbers we need:
Complete a Letter of Authority (LOA) form, listing all numbers you wish to port.
For UK Mobile Numbers
The mobile number you wish to port
If you would like to replace your current Devyce Mobile Number with this number, please let us also know your existing Devyce Number.

Your preferred date for porting to be completed
International Number porting
Porting requirements for international numbers depend on the country. You will need to provide:
A completed Letter of Authority (LOA) form.
Any additional documentation required by the country where your number is registered.

You can request to port your number to support@devyce.com and they can then guide you through the next steps and you can provide the above documents for them.
