Getting setup on Vincere

You need to navigate to the 'Integrations' page in the Devyce Portal

Click on the 'Configuration' dropdown under the 'Vincere' integration and copy the "Redirect URL" shown below:

You then need to raise a ticket with Vincere support requesting API Credntials.

In this request you need to provide Vincere Support the "Redirect URL" you copied from the previous step and request a corresponding 'API Key', 'ClientID' and 'TenantID'

Once you receive the 'API Key', 'ClientID' and 'TenantID' from Vincere you can then navigate back to the Integration section of the Devyce Portal

Click on the 'Configuration' dropdown under the 'Vincere' integration > click on step 2 and input the values provided by Vincere into the corresponding fields.

Click on the 'connect' button. The integration should show as 'syncing' and eventually as 'Connected'

Once synced you will be able to:

  • Click to dial within Vincere

  • View all your Vincere contacts in the mobile app & softphone

  • View all call and SMS history within Vincere

  • View all AI call summaries in Vincere

  • View call tags in goals/activities
