Getting Setup On Reapit

To set up notes and contacts sync:

  1. Open the Reapit AppMarket and install the Devyce app

  2. Install the Devyce Sync app in the Reapit AppMarket as well

  3. Log in to the Devyce Portal and go to the Reapit integration section

  4. Click Connect to Reapit

  5. You will be taken to a Reapit permissions page: Click Accept to grant the required access

  6. Once approved, allow time for the connection and sync to complete in the portal.

To enable click to dial:

  1. Set Devyce Softphone as your handler for tel: links in Chrome. Chrome normally asks the first time a supported page tries to open a phone link.

  2. In Windows, make sure your default phone or call application is set correctly so tel: links open the right app. Reapit’s outbound dial option relies on the desktop’s default phone application when this configuration is enabled.

  3. Disable any existing Reapit browser extensions or telephony tools that already capture phone links, so they do not conflict with Devyce Softphone.
