Getting setup on Hubspot

You need to navigate to the 'Integrations' page within the Devyce Portal

Click on the 'connect' button next to the Hubspot Integration

You will then be redirected to Hubspot where you will need to Authenticate (log in) using your own credentials

Once you have added your correct credentials, you can agree to connect your integration.

You will then be redirected back to the portal Integration page and be able to see the Integration 'Syncing' and eventually as 'Connected'

Once Synced you will be able to:

  • Click to Dial from Hubspot

  • View all of your Hubspot contacts in the mobile app & softphone

  • View all call and SMS history within Hubspot

  • View all AI Call summaries in Hubspot
